Frequently Asked Questions

All Tesla rentals come fully charged with unlimited miles for daily rentals. You will receive a fully equipped vehicle, including a charging adapter for use with Tesla’s Supercharger network and other charging stations. Please note, you will need to bring your own charging cable.

The time to charge a Tesla depends on the charger you're using. Using a Supercharger, you can add up to 200 miles in about 15 minutes. A Level 2 home charger may take several hours to fully charge the vehicle.

If your rental car runs out of charge, we will provide instructions for finding the nearest charging station. However, we highly recommend maintaining the battery charge between 20% and 80% to ensure a smooth driving experience. It is the renter's responsibility to ensure the vehicle is charged appropriately.

While renting our Teslas, you will be responsible for paying for Supercharging costs, tolls, and any tickets incurred during the rental period. Please note that Supercharging costs will be charged directly to your account and can be managed through the Tesla app.

If you need assistance during your rental, you can contact our support team directly via the contact details provided in your rental agreement. Additionally, Tesla's customer support is available for troubleshooting, and you can use the Tesla app for assistance with charging, locating Superchargers, or addressing any other issues with the vehicle.
